SHIPPING Delivery/Shipping Once your order has been accepted and payment received, we will ship your order within the week. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your order has been received. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not immediately receive your confirmation. All items are shipped via FedEx ground or USPS Priority on a weekly basis. All international-bound shipments are consolidated in Buffalo on our dime so you’ll never have to worry about customs, duty or brokerage. US Orders under $50 will be charged $8.35, orders over $50 will be charged $11.35 in the continental US. Canada $12 shipping for all orders. If you live in the middle of nowhere, contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order. Non-North American customers Contact us for a shipping quote. Payments We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal when shopping online. Sorry, we do not accept international wire transfers. Taxes All USA orders are tax-exempt. All applicable taxes will be charged when ordering from Chive.com, for Canada, outside of Ontario, GST (5%) will be charged, in Ontario you will be charged a total of 13% HST. As of July 1, 2010, 13% HST will be applicable on all orders shipped in Canada. All Canadian transactions will be charged in US dollars. |
