Telephone and/or email support is available on a per-incident basis and costs £ 99 (GBP) per incident.

After purchasing per-incident support, customers are given a voucher number they must use when contacting our support staff along with current support contact details.

A support incident is a single support issue that cannot be broken down into separate issues. If a problem contains multiple issues, each will be charged as a separate support incident. Resolution of a single incident may not occur immediately, and may require multiple phone calls or email messages.
